This petition will support the conservation of the Purple Frogs. These guys are little creatures that reside in a part of Southern India called the Western Gnats. The Purple Frogs have been marked Endangered by the IUCN Red List. They have been unknowingly hurt by the local Tribes, whom are making space by chopping down trees for agricultural land. Furthermore, they are eating the tadpoles of the Purple Frog, which are known to be a delicacy. 

The Purple frog has survived for about 120 million years and has witnessed the formation of new continents as well as the extinction of the dinosaurs. This animal could be the key to understanding our earth and its habitat.
