Ernesto Che Guevara will ever live

Che Guevara will ever live in our hearts

His stature grows bigger with each passing minute. They feared him alive without knowing that he would cause them much more fear after his death.

The soldiers thirsty for blood and ill-gotten glory killed the man, to give life to the symbol, to the greatest revolutionary icon of the 20th century.

Ernesto Guevara de la Serna, Che, your departure was, is and will be a hard blow, although they could not defeat you, because those who extinguished your voice, your actions were wrong to believe that your death is the defeat of your ideas, of your thesis, the defeat of your guerrilla conceptions. But they did not succeed.

That man who fell as a mortal human being, exposing himself many times to bullets, is more capable than those who decided to kill him. Because your revolutionary thinking, will, tenacity, and spirit of work, transcend throughout the planet.

Your inert body turned into a Hero will always be alive among the sons of the Homeland to remember you eternally young, brave, strong, audacious.

Although your skin attached to the bone was lost in La Higuera, Cuba knows you by heart. We see you every day Ché Commander as a pure man, with a firm voice that orders without commanding, as an immaculate soldier, as a plain people of perpetual example.

Your light from the American Hondón breaks the silence everywhere, to pave paths to freedom, to spread hope among blacks, whites and Indians with the faith that a better world is possible.

Commander, your ardent words in complicity with your guerrilla life, accompany your giant figure, your universal stature as a defender of humanity, as a tireless patriot, as a recurrent inspiration that captivates with administration and confidence.

Cheers Ernesto Che Guevara, because you have not gone away. Your image and your wide name illuminate your Cuba that thanks your guerrilla blood given to Fidel in the darkest night to shine in a nation where rights, peace, dignity, freedom and social justice were conquered, thanks to an eternal Commander who has not died.
